Ocean Energy, Inc. was responsible for the concept and detailed design of a 60 person Quarters addition to the Zafiro Producer.Ocean Energy undertook the engineering and design development of the Quarters addition capable of sleeping 60 persons. The addition comprised of a three deck high structure, with internal and external communication stairways, and complied with ABS and IMO SOLAS requirements. The design
includes laundry and recreation rooms, as well as cabins with shared and self-contained bathrooms and heads. Ocean Energy was also responsible for the conversion work associated with the existing ship’s equipment and structures and included the following specific tasks:
